Forgot to upload yesterday’s dinner… Frittata for one!

Eggs, heavy cream, spinach (pre-steam it in micro first), bacon and cheese! Put it all in an oven safe ramekin/bowl/whatever and bake at 450F until its risen and looks yum.

Lunch

  • cream cheese crêpes made w/ 2 eggs, cream cheese (~50g), a pinch of kosher salt, lavender, cooked w/ ghee, topped w/ cinnamon, heated blueberries and a tbsp of crème fraîche

Dinner

  • 5 slices of oven-baked back bacon
  • Homemade pork bone broth w/ kosher salt (1 cup)
  • Leftover 1/2 avocado w/ kosher salt
  • A chunk of spiced Gouda cheese (~30g)
